Compare Drawings in Your Web Browser

Located in the Documents tab, Compare lets you easily and quickly overlay new drawings and documents with previous versions to see what’s changed from one version to the next.

Clicking on the Compare tab allows you to overlay the latest version of the document you’re currently viewing with a previous version. You can assign each version of the document a different color to highlight the differences between them, as you can see below.

Once you’re done viewing the overlay, exit the view by selecting Compare in the top right corner of the page. You’ll return to the latest version of your document.

Compare can be used on the following document types:

  • Drawings

  • Specifications

  • Submittals

  • Custom Document Types

  • Forms
